The tradition of awarding the best support teams began in 2014 when Nicereply awarded 10 teams in 8 categories. Throughout the following 5 years, we have been rewarding many companies that delivered a unique experience to their customers and users. We're thankful, that with the help of these amazing customer service teams we get to continue the tradition of Customer Happiness Awards.
In 2020 we're giving awards in 3 categories, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Customer Loyalty (NPS) and Effortless Experience (CES). We're also giving out a couple of honorable mentions to companies achieving Biggest Growth in the three main categories.
