                                                our sales team if you prefer to pay by invoice. Your trial will become your permanent
                                                account with all your settings and the data you collected during your trial period.

                                                We offer a handful of plans based on how many survey responses you receive per month and how
                                                many users you have in your account.                                                 The pricing plans are based on received survey responses, not surveys that have been sent. When you send out
                                                or display a survey to a customer, it is a sent survey. Whenever a customer answers the survey, e.g.

                                                Typically, our customers achieve a 10% response rate when sending out email surveys. In the example above,
                                                if you handle 5000 customer tickets/conversations a month, you are likely to receive 500 responses (ratings)
                                                each month. The response rate of our pop-up surveys can be expected to be around 5% if you use them on your
                                                website or within your software. From a website with 5000 visitors per month, you can expect to receive
                                                250 responses each month.
