Teach Me 2 is South Africa's largest private tutoring company, founded in 2007. We provide tutors to high school and university students predominantly. Our improvement rate is 90%+ and the average increase to marks is 20%.
Customer Support is key to our business. Our Support staff facilitate the tutor management, lesson scheduling, and billing of our customers.
When a tutor lets a customer down, it's up to our Support staff to ensure they end up satisfied and keep having lessons.
Customer Happiness means you're adding value and customers are feeling that value.
If they could go back in time, they would choose to do business with you every time – even if you weren't able to provide them with a tutor.
Hire great people and give them autonomy, mastery and purpose. Obviously, if you don't care about Customer Happiness, your staff won't either, so it needs to be a legitimate part of your values.
Nicereply helped us to identify and help unhappy customers, coach underperforming staff members, and motivate everyone to keep standards high (the comments get shared publicly so there's a lot of pride at stake!).
Transitioning from a fully remote to an office-based workforce (after 2.5 years being remote). Our staff barely knew each other when we moved back into an office so we had to rebuild a lot of our culture and values. That work has paid off already – it's such a joy to do good work with excellent people alongside you.
